Product Description:

Aluminum pipe is a kind of non-ferrous metal pipe, refers to the pure aluminum or aluminum alloy by extrusion processing into the longitudinal length of the hollow metal tubular material. It is a kind of high strength duralumin, which can be strengthened by heat treatment. Its plasticity is medium in annealing, rigid quenching and hot state, and spot welding has good weldability. During gas welding and argon arc welding, aluminum tube has a tendency to form intergranular cracks.
The machinability of aluminum pipe is good after quenching and cold hardening, but bad in annealing state.

The corrosion resistance is not high, and the anodic oxidation
treatment and painting method or surface coating aluminum layer are
often used to improve the corrosion resistance. It can also be used
as mold material.
